# FitSI > AI personal trainer in Telegram (in development, closed pilot). Plans the training week from the goal, health restrictions, current level, equipment and recovery, and adjusts it after missed sessions. Source: https://getfitsi.com/ · 2026-10-14 ## Bot and Mini App in Telegram - **Bot:** Check-ins, questions and reports - **Mini App:** Week plan, workouts and timer - Android, iPhone, Desktop, Web ## Your watch knows how you slept. FitSI knows what to do about it Garmin, Polar, Apple Watch or an Android phone: every morning FitSI will pull sleep, overnight HRV, resting heart rate, Body Battery and the week’s load, and pick today’s workout for how you actually are, not for the calendar. - **Garmin** (Checking access) - **Polar** (Checking access) - **Apple Health** (Planned later) - **Health Connect** (Planned later) What FitSI will take into account: Sleep, HRV, Resting HR, Body Battery (Garmin), Load, VO2 max. - Slept well, HRV in range → Intervals as planned, full effort - Short sleep, Body Battery 34 → Easy day, hard session moves to Thursday - Goal: raise VO2 max → Intervals 4 × 4 min, progress by the watch estimate Garmin and Polar come first; API access is being checked. Apple Health and Health Connect follow after the pilot. No watch? FitSI asks two questions about sleep and how you feel each morning and does the same job. ## A day with your coach A gym trainer sees you twice a week. Yours answers at 6 am and at 11 pm and remembers everything you told them. - 06:40 — «My back hurts. What today?» → «No bends or jumps today. 20 minutes: mobility and light strength with the band.» (Remembers: back, band at home) - 13:10 — «In a hotel, only a band with me» → «Built 25 minutes: band and bodyweight, no jumps.» (Remembers: knee, no jumps) - 22:50 — «Done. Last round was hard.» → «Noted. Tomorrow is an easy day; intervals move to Thursday.» (Noted: easier tomorrow) Name your coach: The name and tone are yours. Safety rules and health restrictions do not depend on the name. ## What FitSI does One coach that remembers everything about you and adapts the week instead of handing you a template. You name a goal: run 5 km without stopping, do 10 pull-ups, or simply train three times a week and keep going. FitSI takes your free days, the gear at home and at the gym, what hurts and the watch on your wrist, and builds a plan around your real life. - **Missed Tuesday? The plan survives.** Intervals move to Thursday, the easy run stays on Wednesday, the week still lands on the same goal. FitSI tells you what moved and why. - **Slept badly? Today gets lighter.** Sleep, resting heart rate and HRV come from your watch. After a short night FitSI lowers the load and shifts the hard session. No watch? Two questions in the morning. - **“I have 20 minutes, a band and a mat”.** A full session for what is in reach. It counts toward the week in place of the planned one, not on top of it. - **Your knee dislikes jumping? FitSI won’t forget.** A restriction is stored as a dated fact. “Let’s go harder” doesn’t cancel it: you get a compatible swap instead of jumps. - **One plan for everything.** Strength, running, cardio, intervals, warm-up and stretching in one week. The load is counted as a whole, without overload. - **All in Telegram.** The bot asks, reminds and takes your report as text or a watch screenshot. The Mini App shows the week, the card and the timer. Strength, Bands, Running, Cardio, HIIT and VO2 max, Warm-up, Stretching, Mobility. ## Missed Tuesday? The week moves, the goal stays Intervals moved to Thursday: no two hard days in a row, and Saturday stays easy. ## How FitSI works 1. **Tell FitSI about yourself once.** Goal and deadline, experience, free days, past injuries and what you can do now. Fill it in parts in the chat, fix it later in the Mini App. A three-year-old race time is stored apart from what you can do today. 2. **Show your gear.** As a list or a photo: home, gym, country house, a travel kit. FitSI suggests what it recognised; you confirm weights and band resistance. It never guesses from a picture whether that bar is safe to hang from. 3. **Get your week.** Not random workouts but a plan built from the goal: stages, weeks, sessions with warm-up, work blocks, rest, swaps and a cool-down. The card opens in the Mini App with the timer already set. 4. **Train and report.** Text, a watch screenshot, or automatically from a connected device. FitSI shows what it extracted; you correct it. One workout from two sources is never counted twice. 5. **The week adapts.** A missed day, a short night, pain, a trip, an extra gym session: the plan is rebuilt with an explanation, and you see what changed. Changing the goal or rebuilding the program happens only with your confirmation. Week after week you just train, and FitSI takes the planning. ## FitSI service description Source: https://getfitsi.com/service This page is the reference description of FitSI for people, reviewers, search engines and AI assistants. It separates what is being built for the first pilot from what is planned later. FitSI has no public release yet. - Product: AI training coach in Telegram (chat + Mini App) - Stage: In development; closed pilot by invitation - Training types in v1: Strength (bodyweight, bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, gym), running, cardio, intervals (Tabata format), warm-up, stretching, mobility - Platforms: Any device with Telegram: Android, iOS, desktop, web - Languages: Site: English, Russian and Polish - Public API: None ### Interfaces - **Coach name and tone** (Building for pilot): You give the coach a name and pick a tone: calm, strict or friendly. The name is used in chat and reminders. Load rules, restriction checks and safety do not depend on the name or tone. - **Coach chat in Telegram** (Building for pilot): Onboarding, questions, plans, reports and reminders happen in a Telegram chat. - **Telegram Mini App** (Building for pilot): Profile, equipment and the week plan come first; workout cards and the interval timer follow, more screens later. ### Planning - **Profile** (Building for pilot): Goal, experience, available days, current level and any injuries or limits in your own words. You can fill it in parts. - **Goal to week plan** (Building for pilot): Goal, starting level, stages, week plan, individual sessions, results and adjustment. Several goals can share one week with priorities. - **Session structure** (Building for pilot): Each workout has a purpose, warm-up, blocks, dosage, rest, intensity guidance, substitutions, instructions, stop conditions and a cool-down or stretch. - **Warm-up, stretching and mobility** (Building for pilot): The warm-up is matched to the main part of the session. Stretching and mobility close a session or run as short standalone sessions that count as light days. - **VO2 max training** (Planned later): For a VO2 max goal the plan includes long intervals, such as 4 × 4 min at high intensity with active recovery, and easy sessions in between. Progress is judged by workouts and, with a connected watch, by its VO2 max estimate. The estimate is the device’s own calculation, not a lab test. - **Template library** (Building for pilot): Plans are adapted from a versioned library of templates rather than invented from scratch in chat. - **Automatic adjustments** (Building for pilot): FitSI may lighten or move a day’s session and explains why. Changing the goal or rebuilding the program requires your confirmation. ### Daily guidance - **Morning check-in** (Building for pilot): Short questions about sleep, fatigue, pain and readiness when no device data is available. - **Reminders and quiet hours** (Building for pilot): Reminders before sessions and in the evening; each type can be switched off. After two days without a reply FitSI sends one check-in and then waits. - **Weekly review** (Building for pilot): Completed sessions, goal progress, obstacles and plan changes. ### Workouts and reports - **Ad-hoc workouts** (Building for pilot): “20 minutes, a band and a mat” produces a session that counts toward the week. By default it replaces the planned session; an extra session needs your explicit choice. - **Interval timer** (Building for pilot): Work and rest intervals in the Mini App: card, timer, report, review. - **Reports** (Building for pilot): Text, a screenshot of a watch summary, or an API record. Extracted values are shown for correction; unknown fields stay unknown. - **Exercise technique illustrations** (Planned later): Reviewed materials first. Generated images are labelled and are not treated as verified instruction. - **Voice input** (Planned later): Possible extension after the text version. ### Equipment - **Equipment profiles** (Building for pilot): Home, gym, country house or a temporary travel kit. - **From a photo** (Building for pilot): Recognition returns candidates with uncertainty. Weight and load-bearing safety are never inferred from appearance. - **Gym video** (Planned later): After the photo version. ### What FitSI remembers, and what it won’t assume A coach is only useful if it remembers the right things. FitSI stores them as facts you can see and correct. - **Restrictions stay in force.** If your knee limits jumping, “let’s go harder” does not cancel that. Changing a restriction is a separate question: what changed and since when. - **Today’s level, not old records.** A 10 km race from three years ago is stored with its date. Plans start from your recent training. - **No data is not “recovered”.** Without sleep data or a check-in, the plan stays visible with a note that today’s state is unknown, and the load is not raised. - **Photos are suggestions.** A photo can show dumbbells or a band, but not their weight, the band’s resistance or whether a bar is safe to hang from. You confirm them. ### FitSI, a workout app or a personal trainer? | | FitSI (planned) | Typical workout app | Personal trainer | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Where you talk to it | Telegram chat and Mini App | Its own app | In person or messenger | | When it is available | Any time, answers right away | App always, but no dialogue | By appointment, usually 1–3 times a week | | Remembers goal, limits and gear | Yes, as dated facts you can see | Partly, in settings | Yes, while they remember | | Name and tone | Your choice | No | Their own | | Rebuilds the week after a missed day | Yes, with a reason | Often fixed programs | Yes | | Strength, cardio and stretching in one plan | Yes, as one weekly load | Usually one focus | Depends on the coach | | Works without a smartwatch | Yes, short check-ins | Varies | Yes | | Checks your technique live | No | Some apps, by camera | Yes | FitSI does not replace a doctor or an in-person coach. Until then, manual reports and screenshots are the supported path. - **Garmin** (Checking access): Official Garmin Connect Developer Program access is granted after an application review. Not available yet. The Health API documents sleep with stages and score, overnight HRV, resting heart rate, stress, Body Battery, respiration, Pulse Ox, VO2 max and activities. Training Readiness was not found in the official API documentation. - **Polar** (Checking access): Testing which sessions are available via Polar AccessLink. AccessLink documents exercises with Training Load Pro, continuous heart rate, cardio load, Sleep Plus Stages and Nightly Recharge with overnight HRV. Polar H10 is not used as a sleep source. - **Apple Health** (Planned later): Requires a native iOS app; after the pilot. Planned data: sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, VO2 max and workouts. - **Health Connect (Android)** (Planned later): Requires a native Android app; after the pilot. Planned data: sleep stages, HRV, resting heart rate and exercise sessions. - **Manual input and screenshots** (Building for pilot): Supported path for the first pilot. ### Data and AI boundaries - Training and profile data are stored in FitSI’s own PostgreSQL database; each user’s data is isolated. - Messages pass through Telegram and the selected AI model provider. Only the context needed for a request is sent to the model, not your full history. - The application validates every AI proposal (structure, exercises, equipment, dosage and active restrictions) before it is saved or shown. - The AI coach has no access to arbitrary database queries, shell commands or secrets. - Health data are not sent to group chats. Logs do not contain tokens, test results, images or full chat text by default. - Export and deletion of personal data and disconnection of integrations will be available before the pilot is extended beyond the first users. ### What FitSI does not do - Diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment, including from lab results. - Override a stored health restriction because you ask for a harder workout. - Treat missing sleep or device data as a sign of good recovery. - Guess the weight of equipment or the safety of household objects from a photo. - Plan nutrition or diets in the first version. - Give instant access after a waitlist request. ## Frequently asked questions Source: https://getfitsi.com/faq ### Product and availability **What is FitSI?** FitSI is an AI training coach that works in Telegram. It keeps your goal, restrictions, current level, equipment and workout history in one profile and uses them to plan your week and each workout. **Why Telegram and not a separate app?** Telegram works on Android, iPhone and desktop, and most people already have it open. The chat is used for questions and quick reports; a Telegram Mini App shows the profile, plan, workout cards and timer. **Is FitSI available now?** Not yet. FitSI is in development and the first pilot is small and by invitation. You can leave a request on the home page; requests are reviewed by hand and do not give automatic access. **When will the pilot start?** There is no public date. The first four-week pilot runs with the founder; invitations to other testers follow after that pilot is evaluated. **How much will FitSI cost?** Pricing has not been decided. The pilot does not take payments. **Which languages does FitSI support?** The site is in English, Russian and Polish. The coach answers in the language set in your profile; the coach languages for the pilot will be confirmed before it starts. ### Training **What training does FitSI plan?** Strength training with bodyweight, resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells or gym equipment; running and other cardio; HIIT and Tabata-style intervals; warm-ups, stretching and mobility. Goals can be a first 5 km, ten pull-ups or simply training three times a week. **Can I train with resistance bands only?** Yes. A band is equipment like any other: you add it to your profile with its colour or stated resistance, and workouts use only what you confirmed. **Does FitSI include warm-ups and stretching?** Yes. Every workout starts with a warm-up matched to the main part. Stretching or mobility can close the session or be a short session on its own, counted as a light day. **Can a complete beginner use FitSI to start running?** Yes, that is one of the main pilot scenarios. Plans for beginners can alternate walking and running and progress based on how recent runs felt, not on a fixed calendar. **What happens if I miss a workout?** FitSI moves or adjusts the following sessions so the week still serves its goal, and explains the change. Past sessions are never rewritten; plan versions are kept. **Can I ask for a quick workout with what I have right now?** Yes. A request like “20 minutes, a band and a mat” produces a session that uses your profile and restrictions. On a planned training day it replaces the planned session by default. **Does FitSI make every interval session maximal?** No. Tabata format describes the timing (for example 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest). Intensity is set by your level, recovery and restrictions. ### Health and safety **Is FitSI medical advice?** No. FitSI gives general training guidance. It does not diagnose, treat or interpret lab results. If you have a condition, pain or doubts, talk to a doctor before changing your training. **How are injuries and restrictions handled?** You describe them during onboarding. Each is stored with a date and source and checked against every workout. If a restriction is unclear, FitSI asks before giving a personal workout. **What if I feel great but have a stored restriction?** A request for more intensity does not cancel a restriction. FitSI offers a compatible alternative; changing the restriction itself is a separate conversation about what changed and since when. **What if I report pain during training?** FitSI does not raise the load, suggests stopping a potentially unsuitable exercise and recommends a professional assessment when appropriate. ### Devices and data **Do I need a watch or tracker?** No. Without device data FitSI asks a short check-in about sleep, fatigue and pain. Data from a device helps, but is not required. **Does FitSI work with Garmin?** Not yet. Official Garmin access requires an approved application to the Garmin Connect Developer Program. Until then you can send a screenshot of the workout summary. **Does FitSI work with Polar?** Polar AccessLink is being tested. A Polar H10 chest strap records workouts; it is not used as a source of sleep data. **Where is my data stored?** Profile and training data are stored in FitSI’s own database with per-user isolation. Messages pass through Telegram and the selected AI provider; only the context needed for a request is sent to the model. **Can I delete my data?** Export and deletion of personal data will be available before the pilot is extended beyond the first users. Waitlist requests can be deleted on request; see the privacy page. ## About FitSI ### Why FitSI exists Most people who want to train regularly do not lack workouts. They lack a plan that fits this week: the run that did not happen on Tuesday, the short night, the hotel room with no equipment. FitSI is an attempt to give that job to a coach that remembers your goal, your limits and your equipment, and that you can reach in the messenger you already use. ### How it is being built FitSI starts with a four-week personal pilot: the founder’s own running plan with HIIT sessions. Family and friends join after that pilot is evaluated. A wider pilot follows only after data export, deletion and backup restore are tested. Usefulness is measured plainly: completed sessions, reasons for missed ones, manual corrections to recommendations and time spent planning. ### Principles Restrictions are facts, not preferences. Missing data is not good news. A photo is a suggestion until you confirm it. AI proposals are checked by the application before you see them. This site describes plans as plans. There are no invented reviews, user counts or results here.
