Privacy
This page covers the pilot request form on this website. FitSI itself is not publicly available yet; a separate policy for the coaching service will be published before the pilot is extended.
What we collect
Your email address, the goal you select, and optionally your name and what you expect from a coach. We also record the page language, the page you submitted from and a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit spam.
Please do not include diagnoses, test results or other medical details in the form. We do not need them to review a request.
Why
To review your request, contact you about the pilot and understand which goals people want help with. We do not sell or share requests for advertising.
Where and how long
Requests are stored in FitSI’s database on a server in a Hetzner data centre in Finland. A notification with the request is sent to the project administrator through the Mailgun email service. Requests can be accessed only by signing in to the server with administrator rights.
We keep a request until you ask us to delete it. Requests are not used to send newsletters.
Analytics
Page analytics, if enabled, do not receive your email or the text you write in the form.
Deletion
You can ask us to delete your request at any time. We delete it within 30 days of your message.
